Booking for TFP
The agency does not book models for TFP (Time for Print) for free. However, a booking fee will be applied and reasonable rates can be discussed.

Agency Provision
The standard provision is 20%.

Booking
Charges are based on hourly or day rates. Individual rates vary based on experience.
Half day booking equals maximum 5 hours.
A booking fee of 65 Euro is required to confirm a booking assignment.

Terms of Booking
It is the responsibility of the client to inform the agency in which manner the images will be used for. The material should not be used for anything other than what has been informed.

Cancelations
Cancelations should be made before the 48th hour before the set assignment in able to fully refund the booking fee. Any cancelations after that time will result in 50% invoice of the signed contract.

Travel and Costs
For assignments outside the city of the booked individual, the client provides for travel, hotel and costs. Booked individuals traveling by their own car are allowed a mile replacement according to the Swedish tax authority. Cancelations of travel should be made 7 days before travel date, otherwise a result of 50% invoice.

Force Majeure
In the occurance of circumstances beyond the control of the signed parties, such as war, strike, natural disasters, or other similar events which prevents one or both parties from fullfilling the contract obligations, Force Majeure is applied.

Contracts
Clients will be provided a contract according to the client specifications. Contracts will include costs and terms for invoice payment. Booking the model, photographer, or anyone in the agency outside of the agency's knowledge is not permitted.

Invoicing
Invoice is sent to client on the day following the scheduled assignment. Standard invoice payment is 15 days. Agency retains the right to apply 5% finance charge for invoices over 30 days. After 60 days, unpaid invoices are referred to collections.
